I'm a collector of pokemon tcg, and my goal is to get all of the english cards. Now I'm slowly getting to that point, and I don't want to get ALL of the Japanese ones, but only the ones with artwork that didn't become artwork for English sets/promo's/etc.
Does anyone know if art from the movie halfdecks is used for promo's? For example, can a Lucario Pop6 be from the Halfdeck from Lucario & The Mystery of Mew?
