Japan <3's Rocky Helmet. (I am pretty sure that's why they made it Shiny in the first place)

I like Rocky Helmet, but sadly there's just better options in anything but Garbodor.

But just wait, there will be some Worlds-winning deck that just abuses the thing.

Mew EX can either spam your opponent's attacks via Prism Energy or you can use Watchog EP's attack. Amoonguss has a half-decent attack also, despite the damage output being low.
 
OBSCURE REFERENCES RULE.
Looks like a fine list to me, but Keldeo without Darkrai is a bit odd. I guess it's a Landorus counter, but since Keldeo is about to be extremely played anyway not many people will play Landorus.
 
It's meant as a fire counter. It's an easy way to take out V-Create Victini and stuff like it, and it's an attacker that isn't instantly murdered by a non-ex fire attacker.
