Issues with Charmander

I have a few issues with the Charmander, in X, where it seems to have batter IVs for Charizard Y. I have Charizardite Y, but I really wanted to use Charizard X. So, I'm wondering if I should trade a Charmander from X to Y? I Calculated the IVs of all the Charmander I have, and one in Y has perfect IVs in Attack, but everything else seems sub-par, while the Charmander I have in in X has overall better IVs, but not necessarily in the right place.

Charmander in X: 6/20/18/24/31/24
Charmander in Y: 10/31/6/?/?/? (Pos 15, but not 100% sure, as it's a pretty low level)

I also have a Safari Charmeleon with Solar Power, but she's out of the question, because of her Nature (Modest). Her Attack, Special Attack and Speed all have 31 IVs.

Get a Synchronizer with the nature you want, use it to get a female Charmeleon from the safari, and go from there. Catch a male so you have something to use the Destiny Knot for.

I have one Pokémon with Syncronize and it's the opposite Nature of what I want.

A lot of the Natures my Charmander get are alright, but just don't have the right IVs, as they tend to have 31 in Special Attack and the ones with good attack all seem to have Brave Nature.

Woo, just got an Adamant Male the first try! IVs: 31/0/31/will not use.
Mild: HP and Sp. Attack.
Quirky: Defense an Special Attack/Defense
And in 5 mins I found a shiny Magmar...
Bold: Attack and Sp. Def

Moved since this is not an RMT in the slightest. Continue on as normal.

My input would basically be PMJ's. Spot on.

only thing is, there aren't that many Pokémon with Syncronize in XY and little there are, are very rare.

If you don't have a safari with Ditto, head to Pokemon Village and roll dice until you get one with the good nature. Then breed it with your Synchronizer until you get a female one. Take it to Le Wow, give it the Lucky Egg, and use Exp power 2 or 3. By the time you get out, it will be level 40-50, strong enough for it to fight on its own. Then go back and do what I said earlier.

Diantha's Ralts has Synchronize. Use it along with a Ditto to make a Ralts with the desired nature.

I know, but it's Modest nature and I need a Pokémon with Adamant.

I think I'm just going to keep on trying to find an Adamant Charmeleon with 31 IVs in Attack.

Edit: I did just find a Charmeleon with two IVs in 31 and two in 30. So, I could use Destiny Knot on that to make it near perfect.

OK, I finally got a Charmeleon with a 31 in Attack, so I'm just wondering if Destiny Knot applies to both parents when one is holding it?

Alright, I have these parents:
Male: 31/30/31/5/30/26
Female: 28/31/10/31/17/31
