Ruling Is Weakness/Resistance Applied To Expert Belt/Darkness Energy/Plus Power?

Example:

If my base damage is 40, Expert Belt increases it to 60, Plus Power increases it by 10, and 2 Darkness Energy increases it by 20. If the Defending Pokemon has a Weakness to my Pokemon by x2, does the final attack do 40x2 (Weakness)+20(Expert Belt)+10(Plus Power)+20(Darkness Energy)=130 or 40+20(Expert Belt)+10(Plus Power)+20(Darkness Energy)x2(Weakness)=180? Just a little confused.

All those cards say before Weakness and resistance, so that is when you would activate the effects.
