This seems to be from Celebration series but is lacking the image in lower right. It also has a 2022 date on the very bottom of card. Any info would be helpful.
 
It's fake. The 2022 copyright date is a dead giveaway (Celebrations was released in 2021). The actual Charizard card doesn't have this date present, either:

I agree with @PMJ . Plus, it doesn't even look holo or textured. I think the real Charizard card from Celebrations would be.
 
Looks like an otherwise convincing fake that someone would sell as a "proxy" for $5-10 online. In which case, the person put updated copyright information on the bottom at the last second from fear of being hit with a fine. Not sure it would do much to defer a cease and desist, however.
