Ruling Is there ever a time you can't evolve with BTS?

I was doing some research on the subject. I've always just treated it as "Evolve whenever you want to". Is this true? Is there ever a time you can't evolve a Pokemon via Broken Time-Space, excluding of course, obvious effects of attacks that would prevent you from doing so, I mean strictly on a game-play level?

Thank you in advance, I just wished to clarify to make sure I'm doing it right.

Edit: Thank you for answering my question, dragonexpert. I suspected as much as I thought I had seen something to the effect somewhere, but with Nationals coming up, I felt it would be best to clarify.

There is no time you can't evolve a Pokemon by using Broken Time-Space unless another effect prevents it.~Mark
