Not that I recall. However, I do know of certain Pokemon attacks and powers (such as Drifblim SF's Delivery) that lets you 'put any 1 card from your discard pile into your hand'. Outside of those I don't know of any such cards in Modified-Legal format (although another professor could probably give a more detailed answer than me there).

There is Conductive Quarry working for Special Metals. Aside from that I can't think of any though.
