you can't you need to build them from scratch, I thought that'd be obvious (one could call you a n00b for asking such a question...)

(BTW, all good deck would cost <$150)

umm some even better decks cost more considering how my freinds gg deck is all holo and full of tsd and gadrdy x

You can easily buy a good decklist + strategy article from someone. Then you have to get the cards yourself.
