Is the jewel of life dvd ever coming to the u.s.?

Its getting ridiculous at this point, the movie website said the dvd would come out in spring last spring? What could possible be taking them so long! It never took the others this long, its been almost a year now, anyone have any ideas?
 
I know that it's out here (in Australia, for about AUD$30.00).
Other then that I don't know if it's out in the US.
 
I haven't seen it out for sale anywhere yet, nor have I heard anything new about a release date since the spring 2010 one was given. Funny, too, because it's been played on Cartoon Network several times already...so, by all accounts, it should've been released in the US now...
 
I know thats wat I'm sayin, how is this movie any different then darkrai or sky warrior?
 
It was said to be released in fall 2010, so I'd expect it in the upcoming months, most likely late October - early November since a date hasn't been given yet.
 
A little while back, I sent an email to the Pokémon Company International asking if Arceus and the Jewel of Life would be coming to the United States and asked if there were any delays, but of course they didn't answer back.

But there definitely has to be a snag somewhere, or some major priority change. For Australia to not only get to air the film on television first, but to get the DVD so much sooner than the rest of the (non-Japanese) world, something different is definitely going on. (It almost feels like the other countries lost a bet and Australia won, granting it the right to air the film / get its DVD first. xP )

Juliacoolo, where did you see it being stated the DVD would be released in Fall 2010? I must've missed that. xD
 
Yeah, I saw that the movie would be released this fall too. But Wikipedia's tricky, so I'm not holding my breath.
