Is M Lucario Playable? I want to try him out.

it's not that playable in the competitive spot, there is no spirit link.
If you want to play fighting, I suggest Zygarde ex from Fate Collide

Just give up on it. Lucario doesn't have a Spirit Link, giving up a turn for a mehtastic Mega isn't a good deal imo.
 
You can drop him in as a one-of in some already Maxie-focused deck, but tbh he's hardly worth it. Carbink Break, Kabutops, MLucario?
 
Could do a Maxie list like said above might be pretty good with some regirock shennanigans
 
As fun as it would be to run Mega Lucario, its cost doesn't justify its use. With a 3-energy, 140 damage attack with an effect that shouldn't need to go off in the first place on top of a lack of a Spirit Link, you're not going to get much mileage out of it compared to, say, Primal Groudon, who, despite his higher costs, is at least immune to Lysandres and the like.
