The same round number that Black in Adventures gets his Munna back (now evolved), is the same as Musharna's National Pokédex number!

Despite being know for being strong in its first episode, Palpitoad is Ash's worst Pokémon.

Even though Iris' Axew's dream is to evolve, it never did.

Ash's Charizard was bought back for the N and Delora Island Arcs, but it never really did anything!

Ash's Charizard's moveset got a lot worse between the end of the Battle Frontier to N arcs. It replaced Steel Wing with Wing Attack and Dragonbreath for Dragon Tail (Charizard have a much better Special Attack Stat, despite the move having the same power).

I think a lot of people were thinking/hoping that this was foreshadowing for Ash getting a Charizardite of some type to Mega Evolve Charizard... but if that's the case, it's still a long time coming since there haven't been any hints or points in that direction since XY started.
 
Blue's (Adventures) birthday is one day before the release of Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
