Then who would win?
I chose Gold because Red has the same pokemon as Ash
But considering the type advantages and the weaknesses it should be an intense battle agreed?
 
Gold is Jimmy... I would think it could be an interesting battle. Plus Gold is my favorite player character. Then again, it won't happen unless we get another Johto arc.

During the series with May, there was a Kanto (Pokemon FireRed and Pokemon LeafGreen) Battle Frontier (Pokemon Emerald)

In the new game comming up, there is a Battle Frontier (Pokemon Platinum) and afterward perhaps a Johto remake with, well, Johto (GSDS)...

So... yeah... they might do the Battle Frontier in Johto... who knows? Maybe they'll meet May, Misty Tracey and Max there too... (I wish all main character were all in one episode...TOGETHER (like one episode in Hoenn, Tracey was back, but by the end, he left, and Brock came back, not even meeting Tracey...-_-))
 
Yeah, but Pikachu somehow manages to beat Rock and Ground type, despite the disadvantage...
