if you don't have any of those same energy cards
then get two energy cards of your choice
(This move doesn't work unless your opponent doesn't
have any energy in his/her hand)

Also, your card grammar is pretty bad, the attack with less energy belongs before the 4 energy one and the second attack contradicts itself.

well the 4x retreat fits with the token dragonite, tyranitar and such

i think that there should be a +30 weakness to lightining and fighting types and -30 to grass resistance???

Once during your turn (before you attack), you may look at your opponent's hand and choose up to two energy cards and discard them. Then, you may search your deck for the same amount of energy you discarded and attach them to Dragonite. Shuffle your deck afterwards. This power can't be used if Dragonite is affected by a special condition.
