I have this idea for a Blastone deck.

You start with Phione (12/100, Md) and a squirtle on the bench. Use Phione's Evo attack and get a Wartortle onto turtle then next turn use bebe's to evolve into Blastoise from Platinum and use his power to begin stocking waters. Then by turn 3 You can have a buffed Blastoise that can do some buffed damage. Is this a good idea or a bit far reached? I'm like stuck on it right now, I love the idea. What do you guys think?

Well Phione's good for a starter, but to charge up Blastoise: ever heard of Delcatty PL?
 
Welcome. But I swear just about ANYBODY who saw this before me could of had said that.
 
Blastoise PT and Delcatty PT is a well known combo. Great in damage output, but inconsistent beyond relief.
