I got some PMs asking how to do this so I'll post it here:
It took a lot of work, but I'll be sure to explain it thoroughly.
1. I have a program called Flash MX 2004 which allows you to import a video to frames.
2. I also have a program called Hypercam 2 which allows you to record whatever you're doing on the computer screen.
3. I import the video to flash, then I hit enter and it plays the video, then I start the recording with hypercam at the scene I want it to, then I stop it where I want it to. it's saved as clip0017.avi
I use my trial of photoshop CS4, import the video to that and save it as blablabla.gif
to add my name to it I used gimp, I couldn't figure out how to do it on pscs4 >_<
so yeah, it's hard to do.
