How will Raquaza ex work?

I've looked at Rayquaza ex and am interested in how people would expect it to work.

Would you play fire and electric energies using Eelectrik?

Would you use prism energies?

Would it be the main-attacker in a deck?

Would you tank it?

well it's obviously not a tank.
idealy, it works the best as of now with eels or emboar.
most likely, it will have more synergy with the eels with the help of skyarrow.
playing magical chairs dynamotor your bench'd rayquaza and switch back n forth each round.
