How to make trainer cards??

Please everyone and specially those who are expert at making trainer cards,
How do you make them??
I can make one using MS-paint but how to publish it here?
And write about banners too, if you please??

Most likely you upload it to a site like www.imageshack.com or something and then type in the URL in your sig. That is, after you got the template and sprites and made the card in MS paint.

But I'm not sure. I've never made one.

I made lots. Look at my sig. >_>
There are lots of ways of making Trainer cards though.
1. You can make one your self at MS Paint.
2. Grab a template and badges from a site then make it.
3. etc?

You can create your own Background on your Trainer Card if its blank from the start.
