HOW DO YOU PLAY METANITE?

THIS WILL BE MY FIRST TIME PLAYING METANITE.

Metnite:

Metagross δ: Crush and Burn.
Discard as many energy cards as you like that are attached to your Pokémon. Does 30+20 more for each energy discarded.
Dragonite δ: Delta Charge:
Attach a [L] energy from your Discard to one of your Benched.

Discard 3/4 for crush and burn, 90/110 damage. Return next turn with Delta Charge.
