Collecting How do you display your cards?

I've been getting back into collecting cards and starting specific collections. (Really dreading my shiny collection.) I was wondering if anyone had an interesting way they store/display their cards aside from binders. I've seen people frame their cards but thats about the extent of it.

As a proud collector, I can offer some of my tips that I use when displaying cards with links to the items I use.

I keep all my sets in binders as there are way too many cards to display but if you want to actually display cards on a shelf or something, here's what I do:

-I keep all my Rainbow Rare and Secret Rares separate from my binders. Depending on how valuable the card is, I either put it in a screw down holder or I double sleeve (use a penny sleeve and put that in an Ultra Pro card sleeve, reversed so not to let dust in) and I put that into a top loader.

Screw down holder I use:

Card Sleeves and Top Loaders I also get from BCW

-I then put them on either my book case or a shelving system I have installed on my wall. The book case is from Ikea (cheap, but boy it's sturdy) and the shelving system looks like this: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/S89920694/ (Not the exact one I use but still works regardless).

- In order for my cards to stand up properly, I use small photo holders that are super affordable

Picture Stands I use:

- Then put them on my shelf! If I need more room, I always go vertical with a stair display I hand made from wood, similar to the acrylic stands you see in jewelry store displays.
- To add my own touch, I lined my shelves with LED lights to make the cards stand out more!

These are my tips for displaying! Be sure to never display in direct sunlight though, even if the product says UV protective.

Side Note: I use BCW instead of Ultra Pro because BCW has great pricing. You can buy bulk and pay prices that normal distributors pay.

That's a pretty cool idea! I wasn't aware those photo stands existed. I might use this for nice looking cards, like the one from the Pokekyun set. Thanks!
