How do we go about?

I am wondering how could we change rule number 6 of the forum rules so it states that the same rule applies to phones chat programs and also the DS? Some of my friends here have told me they are being abused here on chat programs besides here on the forums. Is there a way the mods can include thesedevices to that rule because there is a member her breaking rule numbers 6 and I got word of it today. Mods only Please. Thanks.

Pokebeach can't control phones and the DS. They're not run by them, and you have the option of not accepting the call/text (or even better, not giving your number out...) or avoiding them on DS.

As for chat programs (meaning), if I'm not mistaken, people who are deemed offensive are blocked/disciplined on there. As for any other chat program, why can't you just block them...?
