Player A: Has Ludicolo DX with a water and holon WP
Player B: Has Crobat HL that has 2 grass energies
Player B; Crobat Uses Triple poison on Ludicolo

Now since Player A had ludicolo with holon WP and gets attacked by Player B's triple poison does player A get the special condition from Player B's Triple Poison?

No. Both the poison and the effect that states that you place 3 damage counters per turn are considered effects of the attack. Holon WP states that if Ludicolo has a Water Energy attached to it, all effects of its opponent's attacks, with the exception of damage, is completely prevented.

Likewise, if an attack is places damage counters (like Medicham-ex's pure power), that part of the attack also does nothing because placing damage counters is not considered raw damage.

Ludicolo isn't completely immune to Special Conditions, though. If a trainer card, Poké-Power, or Poké-Body were to inflict a Special Condition to Ludicolo, it would still go through, since Holon WP would only protect Ludicolo from effects of opponent's attacks, excluding raw damage.

Treat Holon WP with basic water as you would with Neo: Revelations Suicune's Crystal Body, and EX: FrLg Venomoth's Protective Dust.

Hope this clears things up a bit.
