This should be a great card, but Prime Catcher is just too good. I'm beginning to think more and more that Prime Catcher was a mistake...I mean, maybe I should've thought that from the beginning, but it's becoming more obvious. An entire category of cards is going to be useless because Prime Catcher is OP. Well, maybe I'll be surprised...
Prime, Shitlax only care to have an useless Pokemon on active so thats an extra gust for them
Tank/bulky stall decks can still run this and get away without using Prime Catcher.
This is actually worse than useless - Stall Lax players already had Luxurious Cape and any other deck trying to use this with 2 prize attackers are susceptible to just getting Lost Vacuum'd anyways. A 430 HP Zard ex is pretty hilarious, but there's absolutely no way you'd ever want to run this over Prime Catcher

SV1 Drifloon and Scream Tail can use Luxurious Cape anyways, the combo has seen some competitive play, mainly Scream Tail in Gardevoir decks since it can bench snipe
