This deck's main focus is to use the mews with the ability to use the attacks of any pokemon in play to do damage while disrupting through discarding energy off my opponents pokemon and blocking any oncoming damage while being able to item lock. Which is the reason why I am not running VS Seekers. It's a ninja toolbox deck.

Just a high level observation is that I think you have too many pokemon, your deck is probably going to have some consistency problems with that many pokemon. This deck is very popular right now, you can find a number of videos on it to help guide you.

There are a number of uses for ranger, the most common is to counter jolteon and glaceon. It can also work on your pokemon though too. For instance, if you have an attack that prevents you rrom attacking the next turn, if you play it on the next turn, you will be able to attack again.

Hope that helps.
