Ruling Healing attacks

turtwig heals itself by the ammount of damage it does to their pokemom. His attack does 30 or 60. If the defending pokemon only has 10 hp left does my attack of 60 only heal me by 10 or 60

The attack does 60 damage, so you heal 60 damage. It doesn't matter if they only need 10 more damage to die; your attack is still doing 60 damage.
