If you use Haxourus second attack giga impact then on your oppoent's turn they use pokemon catcher knocked out one of your pokemon then you bring up Haxorus can you use Giga impact again.

Yes. Once you bench a Pokemon all attack effects on the pokemon are nullified. Same goes for when you evolve.

i would like to add that all attack effects are removed when a pokemon goes to the bench. pokepower, pokebody, and ability effects can only be removed by evolving and the pokemon leaving play.
