Have you ever won a competition if so when and what was it? I did through a kids magazine once it was to win a Nintendo wii console because i want one, but i got the runners up prize and i got a game for the Wii(Cloudy with a chance of meatballs game) and i don't even have a Wii to play it on.
 
After a road race I did, there was a raffle for 50 bottles of energy drinks. My friend and I entered as a joke, but I ended up winning! It was so funny and I got a huge package in the mail with all 50 energy drinks in it.

I have also won multiple races and have actually earned a little prize money by doing so. That is about it for competitions, though.
 
Pokemon State Championships :p Asides from that I always got 3rd at my school spelling bee, one place short of going to the county bee :/

I've won heaps of sports stuff at school, and won the district competition in Long jump and went to Regionals. I won a Nintendo competition that I don't even remember entering. -_-
 
I won the Internet.

Also, I once won a science fair, and also a few things for track in middle school. I'm not a very competitive person so I don't really enter things anymore.

I have never won any sort of Pokemon tournament. I am the Netherlands of competitive battling.
 
I won the most improved award in lacrosse last year.

I haven't won big on any tournaments yet, but I was king at league for two years strait with Darkrai/Cresselia. Good times, good times...
 
I lost to a 4th grader as a 8th grader in the school geography bee.

Specifically with a question about Japan. I am a weeaboo. I am extremely ashamed of this loss.

So I was in 2nd place, but otherwise no, I've never won any competition asides from Pokemon TCG tournyments.
 
I've won the 2010 Virginia States.

Other than Pokemon, back like 7 years ago I used to play a lot of soccer. My team won the competition, going undefeated. I've also won my elementary school's chess tournament (but then got 3rd place the next several times :/)
 
This past summer, I entered the NAACP ACT-SO competition, in the categories Classical Music, and Jazz Music. After competing at the national level, I ended up winning third place in both categories! I walked away that day with $3000 scholarship money, and a new laptop; so yeeeahhh boi~! xD

... Ahem. Pardon me, I believe I just went vernacular for a moment
 
I won a few spelling bees and science fairs back in elementary school, but otherwise I haven't taken part in any serious competitions since (well, a short novel writing contest in junior college, but I didn't win it). I received ribbons for them that I still have today, but they've been long since put away.
 
I was a runner-up in Pokemon.coms raffle thing. I enter my e-mail every day possible. I won the entei tin :)! Besides that my soccer team was undeafeated when I was in first grade.
 
I've came in first place at a few tennis tournaments, and I've placed at the regional Power of the Pen Competition. I also won my states tournament for mixed martial arts. Fun fun fun xD

umm.... IDK what else to list. There are lots!

But I do plan to place in the top 3 at State this year In Oklahoma Wrestling. Winning it all is my goal.
 
I won the MN states (senior devision) a year ago, I've won lots of Pokemon tournaments (MN metagame sucks), and I won the Battle Roads last month.
My only subject I've really won anything in is Pokemon :)
 
I've won a buncha states/cities pokemon tournaments... yeah... but I've also won many state math competitions. Currently, I am on track to go to state for Math League. I am also on track to go for Skills USA (Computer competition). Fun stuff it is ;D

I've won (or been on a team) that's gotten a bunch of academic team tourneys, as far as nationals. Pretty sweet. :3
I uh...also got a 2nd/3rd place or two at some local Yu-gi-oh! tourneys, and some other unimportant stuff when I was young. And some honor roll stuff and Valedictorian in middle school.
 
@mr.619, you beat me to it...
so this isn't spam: the only competition I can recall winning was a Tic-Tac-Toe tournement. I have some mad 'Toe skillz.
