If you use gyarados SF's attack wreak havoc and you theoretically flip 60 heads does that mean you automatically win?

If your opponent cannot do the mandatory draw at the start of their turn then they lose at the start of their drawless turn.

As metaforcer said, it has to be at the beginning of their turn.

Assuming they have drawn 8 cards and 6 are prized, the chances of you flipping enough heads is 1.42 x 10 ^(-12)%. You would literally have better luck wining the lottery.

It is theoretically possible. (Theoretically. Nothing more.) The most consecutive heads I ever flipped was 13 (the card was Speed Stadium).
The "your opponent loses if s/he has no cards left in the deck" refers to the mandatory beginning-of-turn draw. In any other case, s/he would draw as much as was able. However, cards like TGW/Looker's/Claydol feed cards back into the deck, and this can happen late-game.
