Ruling Gyarados d and its effect

If I have Gyarados d on my bench(in the same time, I have a Holon stadium), will my Executor's second attack(*choose 2 of your opponent's pokemon, this attack does 30 damage to that pokemon. Don't apply weakness and resistance for bench pokemon*) does additional 10 damage for this attack?

No it wont. Gyarados-d's power specifically says "...to the Defending Pokemon" which means only the opponent's active will take the extra damage, the benched pokemon are unaffected by Gyarados-d's power.
