As everyone would be aware, the card "Pokemon Catcher", which is set to be released in the upcomming "Emerging Powers" set, has the same card text as the original Base Set card "Gust of Wind".
i was wondering, if it would be OK to Run the original "Gust of Wind" Cards in our decks, at the Pre-release tournements for the "Emerging Powers" set, due to the same text/ Card effect.
Obviously, i'll be using a refence card (The actual Pokemon catcher), to the side of the actual gameplay area, if that be the case.
The guy running the League i go to, says it's OK, but must provide the Reference card to use it, incase i battle a new player. but most players at the league i go to already know that the Catcher card is a re-print of the old base set card.
