Gulpin CG's amnesia says ''Choose 1 of the Defending Pokemon's attacks. That Pokemon can't use that attack during your opponent's next turn.''

Now I wonder, if I cancel out blissey's happy chance, can I switch to another blissey and use happy chance? Assuming it said that pokemon, referring to blissey A and not blissey B.

Can I use amnesia on infernape lv.x's mega bravo even if it weren't on the lv.x itself?

For the Lv.X, I never knew that answer.

For Gulpin, if they switch, Amnesia doesn't work on the new pokemon.

Amnesia targets the defending pokemon, so switching does cancel it out. For the level X question, you can "remove" it. (Wish I knew that last year, since the judges ruled the other way. ;/)
