Firstly, just to clarify; Splash Energy isn't 'Water' while in your hand, so it can't be discarded as Shuriken fodder. Given that, 4 may not be ideal.

Hmm, not sure about running 4x Evosoda's. You should consider adding a couple Wally's; evolving something the same turn it's played is a neat way to hit Greninja BREAK a turn earlier. You could drop two Lillie's to make space in your supporter lineup and then with 2 less Evosoda's there' space for running 4 Brooklet Hill just to further your consistency.

Otherwise there are options of Pokemon that can be added(Remoraid-Octillary/ Oranguru for draw or Talonflame's to open with) but the simplified version you're running is fine as it is and I tend to agree with 1-1 Starmie.
