Help Grass Deck Help?

I am just getting back into the game after nearly a decade, and was wanting to get started building a grass deck. After some extensive research I realized that they arent very good at the moment, but the Sceptile GX line in the next set or two will be good. I was wondering if I could get some help brewing up a deck for it?

This is true, and if you're interested in building an Expanded Grass deck, there's a high tier deck that uses Rowlet & Alolan Exeggutor-GX with Vileplume from Ancient Origins to shut down your opponent's items turn one that has gotten consistently high regional placements this past season.
