Rocket's Zapdos was good because there were many advantages it had beck then. Plasma was great. 1 [L] energy for 20 dmg AND getting an energy back was great as it gives speed, combos like Super Energy Removal, and immunity to (S)ER. T3 Electroburn (backed with Defenders and Super Potions) was dangerous back then and it has no weaknesses and resistence to ground, which was perfect to use in an Electric deck. Quite a good card IMO.
