Ruling Gengar line rulings new question help!

Ok so first of all, (I think I know the answer) Is Shadow rooms damage output effected by weakness and expert belt and such, second, if a shuppet knocks out a gengar, do I get to use fainting spell on the Shuppet? And last but not least, does Gastly Pitch Dark include supporters? Thanks for your help. NEW QUESTION: Another thing is lets say you and your opponent have one prize left and you have a gengar. they knock it out and you flip heads with fainting spell, does the match go to sudden death or did they knock you out first and win?

Shadow Room isn't affected by weakness and resistance because it is damage counters. This also means Expert Blet does nothing to increase the damage it does.
Gengar doesn't get to flip against Shuppet because it is no longer on the field. If uxie gets put under, the same thing happens.
Pitch Dark only says trainers, so no it doesn't include supporters.~Mark

(Technically it does get to flip, as in the case of Uxie's Psychic Restore, however, the flip will have no effect either way, as the Pokemon in question has left play.)
