Ruling Gardevoir lvl X

This card is part of the DP Secret Wonders expansion. Which makes it illegal in tourney play. Any reason why they didn't reprint this card? Or have another lvl X in its place. Very unfair

Also - is there a stadium card which overrides trainer lock poke powers/bodies?

Also - Gardevoir Platinum: Energy Burst attack does 20 dmg plus 10 for each energy attached to Gardevoir and the defending pokemon. Does this mean it does 30 automatically? Does the 1 energy it costs to perform the attack count as an additional 10? And does a double colorless energy count as an additional 10 or 20?

Neither is your second, but I'll answer you now: No. Except for maybe Pokemon Contest Hall from the Rising Rivals set.

The 1 energy to start the attack automatically donates 10. A DCE will add 20, because it specifies Energy, not Energy cards. DCE provides 2 units of {C} energy.
