It is called: C++. It's not a program, it's a programming language. Learn it. It takes time, but it's worth. It's one of the hardest programming languages, but it's usefulest (xD). If you want something easier, learn Basic (highly recommend Visual Studio - Visual Basic). However if you're seeking for some program where you don't need to program at all ... have tried few of those - they all suck. If you still want it, google Game making program.
