But seriously, sometimes it doesn't save my decks properly. So, I have a Kingdra list. And then I can get it, and it stays changed... For a while. Then when I open it again, it goes back to the old version. It's REALLY annoying! Does anybody have the same problem, and can anybody fix this?
 
you may actually have 2 saved decks with the same name in different folders and unknowingly open the different file sometimes

try renaming the deck and opening it again

if that doesnt work i dunno it has never happened to me except in the circumstance i gave you above and it was operator error not RS
