Here's one I've noticed for a while:
I an Episode of Ren and Stimpy, Powered Toast Man had his daughter as an assistant for his (civilian) job, but by the end of the episode, the writers forgot they were related had made her his girlfriend/wife instead, as there's obvious romance.

You noticed any?

Clifford. I remember the artist for him being so horrible at the inconsistent size of the big red dog. One episode he could easily look into a two story window. The next, he was about the size of a moderately sized tree.

I thought Clifford could change his size. I thought the love gave him growing powers.

Wikipedia, which isn't the most reliable source, I know:

His size, like giants in medieval legends, is inconsistent—he is often shown as being about 25 feet tall from paws to head, but can appear far larger: in one episode he removes the top of the lighthouse and swims out with it to guide the ferry through the fog to the dock. The character's name is based on the imaginary childhood friend of creator Norman Bridwell's wife.

Lets talk about the most important and obvious inconsistency that we all are aware of,
Ash Ketchum's Age.

Ash's age is 11, according to Pokemon Heroes (Latios & Latias) where Ash said in the opening "its been one year since we've met Pikachu, which he was 10 when he first left home. But since then hasnt aged since. But in theory, based on episodes and many seasons where day and night passes & the distances traveled between plot points, this has [based on my opinion and estimates] passed more than 365 days mark so that in theory Ash is older than 11.

Actually, Ash in the dub said it had been a year since he got Pikachu way back when Ash went to get his 8th Badge.

BTW, there's a theory that age in Pokémon isn't about years, as it's more about how mature you are. You could be 10 for 7 years, then you could mature and turn 15. Kinda like how Pokémon and Humans can evolve in Conquest.
