Hello Everyone! I go by George2FRESH (G2F for short) and as Owner and Manager of this shop, let me be the first to welcome you to [FRESH] Designz! Here at Fresh Designz, we aim to give you high quality artwork by putting 100% of our efforts into every piece given to you. We want our artwork to be the best known around PokeBeach, though that will be hard with all the other excellent shops around. After doing banners for some members you may see around the site, and heeding advise from others, I finally decided to open up my own shop to do artwork for you! Well, let's get started shall we?
To start: If you haven't noticed, I am making this a poll for a certain reason. I will be rating my shop. For every 10 "Yes" votes, I will give this shop 1 star. My goal is to be a 5 star shop. =]
[Rules to my shop:]
Customer Rules:
1) Please be courteous and respectful to shop employees.
2) There is a request form for you to fill out when requesting a piece of art. Along with that form, please be as detailed as you can be so we know exactly what you want. Try to describe what you're imagining.
3) We do all requests IN ORDER. Meaning we do artwork as they come, no one will be skipped.
4) Please give Employees time to finish your artwork. No rushing or constantly asking "is it done yet?". No spamming or flaming neither. When we finish, we will post a link to your artwork in the Gallery and PM you when we finish. If you don't receive a PM, then it's not finished.
5) Please do not waste our time by requesting the same thing in different shops.
6) Please DO NOT FORGET TO GIVE CREDIT. We all have our own little logo we will put in your work to signify it's our artwork, but please still give credit. Thanks
NEW RULE: I have been getting a lot of these and frankily, I'm a little annoyed by it. I don't want to sound mean, but I have to say it. From now on, and so far this is only going for me, if people are trying to rush me, constantly asking when it's going to be done, or "Can you start now?".. I will decline your request all together and ask you to go to another shop. I can get backed up with A LOT of requests, and I have to handle them one by one. Like I said, NO ONE will get skipped, so I will not skip someone to do somebody elses order. Asking me "Is it done?", "When will it be done?", "Are you working on it?", "Can you make my banners now?", is only going to annoy me. Thank you for understanding.

[b]4)[/b] In the request form, I am letting the customers request a certain employee to do their work. If they request YOU, then it is your responsibility to do it.
[b]5)[/b] Don't be afraid to ask for help from another employee. They may have a font or something that you want to use.
[b]6)[/b] Do 150% on ALL your artwork.
[b]7)[/b] Please put a symbol of some sort (Sprite, etc) in your artwork to show it is yours. But please don't make it totally noticeable to where it throws off the piece.
[b]8)[/b] I will PM you if I want you to do a piece or if you have been requested. I will let you know any details that will come up when doing a piece (doing one together, due dates, etc.)
[b]9)[/b] If I don't see anything from you, as in work or help, you will be fired.
[b]10)[/b] You will be given credit for your work when I put it in the Gallery.
[b]11)[/b] After using the bathroom, please wash your hands before continuing to work. Be sanitary. =P
