To celebrate this weekend’s World Championships in Yokohama, players can receive a hyper rare version of Charizard ex in PTCG Live by redeeming the code “CelebrateWCS23”.
Like previous promotions, only one copy can be redeemed per account. The code will work until August 21st. Only 100,000 copies will be available.
The code was just provided at the beginning of the tournament’s TCG livestream.
Funnily enough, the card isn’t yet legal at Worlds.

You have to go to the shop menu in the main page and then to the redeem menu. There you will see the option to redeem by camera or code, just insert the code, submit it and that's it.
