20 base + 20 for strong + 60 for Tyrano Heart + Choice Band = 130 (if you have shining celebi). 2hko anything for 1 energy, and have a good chance of discarding energy for stall. I like it

Does anyone else notice that it looks like Xerneas FA is missing the blue for it's upper body?
I'm stoked on the Malamar and the Tyrantrum. The Alolan stuff seems neat too. I might try to make something stupid with Alolan Marowak and Alolan Exeggutor to play against kids at league.
Its not missing the blue, its just the pink background clashing with the blue enough to the point where the blue looks unpresent.
That or the sand castle.
