You awaken a little tired, a little worn, and no idea where you are. A quick glance at your surroundings gives you the idea that you at the beach, water, sand, and sun (Very nice ^.^). However, further exploration tells the whole story: trapped at on a desert island... Not as fun as a day on the beach, unfortunate for you. Weeks pass of you reaching insanity, drinking coconut milk, and talking to an old volleyball named Wilson, until you hallucinate a simple library. Overjoyed with the new discovery you ran/crawl your way the the magical place. Once in side you notice that there is only one book but you are pleased anyways since it is your favorite.

A Harry Potter or any other Fantasy book.

dmaster out.

Either too few people read, or people dont care about reading. :[

Saddening.

The Count of Monte Cristo is amazing in every way. I mean who doesnt love revenge? : ]

"Before you embark on a quest of revenge, dig two graves". It goes in circles.

Personally... As a single, almost any of the Ranger's Apprentice series is great. Or Artemis Fowl, or Keys to the Kingdom. I am likely to not want to read after two hours considering that I generally have memorised the lot by then. Heck, I almost have them memorised now.

What, we're only supposed to name one book? I'd take a dictionary to slam my head so I'll die quickly.

Wow, tough to choose only one...

I guess I'll go with "The Vanished Man" by Jeffery Deaver. It's from the "Lincoln Rhyme" novel series. For those of you who aren't familiar, Lincoln Rhyme is the character played by Denzel Washington in "The Bone Collector".

Hmm some many good books but i would have to say any of the warriors books by erin hunter.

"Lord of the flies" from back in high school
"Splinter cell : Barracuda"
"A brief history in time" by stephen hawkins

any of those.... but the last one more likely

Lord of the Flies is always good. Artemis Fowl is decent, I havent started to read the Ranger's Apprentice yet. I'm currently reading the Lost World. Not too bad so far.

Another good book: Lord of the Rings =p

Lord of the Flies was allright....Im not a big fan of the "digression to savagery" books though.

My Favorite Book is actually the Pendragon series. There are 9 out now (the 9th just came out, spent 6 hours straight reading it) but be sure to read them in order. They are truly amazing...they rate higher than HP for me.....read them :]
