i dont understand this aspect i look at peoples rep's and it doesent give me the option to add or decrease fame. And I noticed that i dont have a reputation. How does a member obtain one?
This feature is disabled for regular members. Only administrators, super mods, mods, strategists, and trade council members are able to use the rep system.
