1) General Stats of Card? Where can this card be played?
Upon glancing at this card, it doesn't look special at all, or even playable. At the time in the game when this card came out, Magnezone/Eelektrik and Zekrom/Eelektrik were the top decks in this format. They can both function on their own and recover energies thanks to Eelektrik's Dynamotor ability, thus making Exp. Share useless in that deck. Eventually, MTC proved itself at the ECC. Many people thought that EXP Share could be a good way to reuse energies in MTC, though most people never tried it. Some lists that I know that did very well at states played Exp. Share, though I don't personally reccomend it because you're going to be attaching constantly with Celebi, anyways.
Suddenly, a rogue deck emerged from the depths of states. That archetype is Mono-Terrakion, Tetrakion, or whatever you want to call it. It managed to win one state, and top cut many others. The main focuses of this deck are EXP Share and Terrakion. EXP Share is the reason this deck functions. This is because once your active Pokemon gets knocked out, you get to move all the energies to the Terrakions on your bench, attach to them, and revenge KO for 90 (or 180 if they're playing an electric deck, which is popular because of the success of Zekrom/Eelektrik and sometimes Magnezone/Eelektrik). I will be going into more depth with this deck in my future Metagame Deck Center thread, so keep your eyes out!
2) Final Thoughts + Rating:
While Exp. Share can see some play in MTC, it is only worth playing (and playable overall) in Mono-Terrakion and Terrakion/Landorus. This card is not worth playing in any other deck that has established itself in the metagame because those decks usually rely on Eelektrik to get energies back from the discard pile, thus making this card useless. On the other hand, if this card could make it so you could use your Special Energies again, this card would be much better (such as DCE). In conclusion, I would give this card a 6/10 rating, and its artwork a 2/10 rating because it's really bland.
