Boo yah!! Another delta set that I would LOVE to do text spoilers for. I absolutely love delta pokemon so expect me to do any delta you wan me to do. I can't wait!!:)

Dark Porygon2 ex  HP 120 (C)

Poke-Body: If Dark Porygon2 ex has 4 or more special energy cards attached to it, prevent all damage done to your Pokemon by "Black Virus".

(C)(C) Dark Data 30+
This attack does 20 damage plus 10 more damage for each (D) energy attached to Dark Porygon2 ex. You can't add more then 20 damage in this way.

(C)(C)(C)(C) Black Virus
Put 4 damage counters on all Pokemon in play. You can't use Black Virus during your next turn.
 
Great!:D Both of you can do spoilers on any Pokemon you want, especially the ex's. I can't think of some attacks for for most of the ex's, like Mew ex d, Jirachi ex d, and Celebi ex d.

You forgot to put a weakness/resistance/retreat cost.

I think Sceptile is a little bit broken, Dark Groudon's Homing Blaze should be (D,C) 20 THe Defending Pokemon is now Burned. Dark Kyogre 3rd attack should be Confused not Paralyzed. Dark Rayquaza is BROKEN. Wow! This is going to be a broken set!!!
