EX Trainer Triumph, need help please

I'm doing this set with people pokemon. If you wan't to help, you are more than welcome than. So, with out delay, let's get started!
The style I'm using is like gym hero's. For example, Officer Jenny's Growlith. I want to use people that arn't commonly seen, or if they are seen, you don't pay that much attention to. Here are the cards I wan't to use:

Can I just make spoilers or do I have to make a real card?
Oh, and I haven't watched all the Pokemon episodes so I don't think I can do some of the cards. But I would like to do the Gary and Richie ones. Oh and Officer Jenny's Arcanine and Growlith ofcourse!

I would like it to be the same as the gym sets.
Also, I think There should be a different set name.
Leave all the trainer cards up to me.

Pokemon Center-Stadium

Inbetween turns, remove one damage counter from each active pokemon. If the active pokemon has nurse joy in it's name, remove two damage counter's between turns instead.

Nurse Joy's Family- Supporter

Search your deck for a pokemon (excluding pokemon ex) with nurse joy in it's name, show it to your opponent, andput it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward. Or, search your discard pile for a pokemon (excluding pokemon ex) with nurse joy in it's name and put it into your hand.

Officer Jenny's Family-Supporter

Search your deck for a pokemon card with officer jenny (excluding pokemon ex) in it's name, show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterwards. Or, search your discard pile for a pokemon with officer jenny (excluding pokemon ex), show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand.

Once during your turn, you may discard a baisic, stage 1, or stage 2 pokemon from your hand. If your do, search your discard pile for a baisic, stage 1, or stage 2 pokemon(excluding the one you discarded), show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand.

Eliet Four Challenge- normal trainer card

Choose one of your benched pokemon. Put three damage counters on that pokemon. Choose one of your opponents benched pokemon. Put three damage counters on that pokemon.

Battle Frontier- Stadium

All players evolved (c) pokemon evolved (d) pokemon, and evolved (m) pokemon can't use pokepowers or pokebodys.

Pokemon Contest Arena- Stadium

Any pokemon with Drew or Harly in it's name do 20 more damage to the defending pokemon.

Officer Jenny's Training Field- Stadium

Any pokemon with Officer Jenny in its name have no weakness and damage done to the defending pokemon is affected by resistence.

Proffesor Oak's Research- Supporter

Shuffle your hand into your deck. Draw five cards

Each Player may now have up to 7 pokemon on their bench. If Proffesor Oak's Lab is discarded, each player discards pokemon from their bench so that they have at least five pokemon on their bench.
