You might want to change Rain Dance, as it does no damage.

I mean in the game, rain dance is just an effect, and there is a stadium called Rain Dance.

Rain Dance-Stadium
All [w] pokemon's attacks do 20 more damage and all [r] type attacks do 20 less damage.

Sunny Day-Stadium
All [r] pokemon's attacks do 20 more damage and all [w] type attacks do 20 less damage.

Although Blastoise's Flaming Headbutt has a side effect, maybe you reduce the damage from 70 to 40 or 50....
