Does anyone think a Moltres Ex Promo would be good for Tournoment use?

I wouldn't say so. Sure, 3 for 90 is great, though having to discard all fires makes it slow...

I would say latias d is better because of his power and you only discard if it ko's the pokemon. It also can get free retreat with latios ex d so I would say the three birds are not worth playing sence lati@s ex is better.

i cant say its good but those 2 cards(zapdos,moltres promo)where really cool.
i came 2nd in my age devision using emrald manetric,camerupt deck with zapdos,moltres ex.lol.3rd week of knowing how to play 2

Moltress ex isn't that good of a card without Zapdos ex and Articuno ex.
Moltres ex has pretty low HP anyways, and having three low HP ex's on the Field is an auto loss.
I suggest you don't play it.

If you use all of the Legendary birds from RG and 1 of each of the promos you would be able to make use of all of their powers.
