???, why say: "Lucy's Milotic can only evolve from a Lucy's Febass with the Pokemon Tool Blue Scarf". if it already says: "Evolves from Lucy's Feebas"
and Pokémon from trainers don't evolve (since VS)(excluding teams)

You should have cads that the Brains don't have but would be cool if they did like Lucy's Gorebyss or Brandon's Kingdra
