the effect of Dragon Mist attack is: This attack isn't affected by Resistance, Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies, or any other effect on the Defending Pokemon
effect of Mysterious Shard: Prevent all effect of attacks, including damage, done to the Pokemon that Mysterious Shard is attached to by your opponent's Pokemon-ex. Discard this card at the end of your opponent's next turn.
